		<description>I have a question; ok i was never really a RUNNER, but i could jog for 15mins no problem during my high school football days, i could chase down just about anyone and out run them on a straight away, but now i can&#039;t seem to go longer than 3mins before im winded.but im very strong still, i have a husky builld, im 5&#039;9 around 245-255lbs. Any suggestions as to how i can get back into the swing of things?</description>
