		<description>Running is great if you want to lose weight, BUT if you&#039;re looking to gain mass, you need to dump your calories on the weights instead of running.  If your already skinny, running will actually slow you down gaining mass.  

For losing weight - Run
For gaining mass - Gym

For getting really cut, build mass at gym, once built to where you want, start running to cut off the extra body fat percentage, combined with gym you&#039;ll start showing abs once body fat is low enough.</description>
