Yeah, I’ve noticed it helps to eat some fruit like an apple or banana before a run.

Running is great if you want to lose weight, BUT if you’re looking to gain mass, you need to dump your calories on the weights instead of running. If your already skinny, running will actually slow you down gaining mass.
For losing weight – Run
For gaining mass – Gym
For getting really cut, build mass at gym, once built to where you want, start running to cut off the extra body fat percentage, combined with gym you’ll start showing abs once body fat is low enough.

i heard that about if you run first thing in the morning kose its 5x more effective, but after i heard it dose not do any difference, anyone know the truth?
Stay away from threadmills, stay away from asphalt and concrete… run on bumpy grass, in the woods, on a mountain… much better, and makes you much more flexible, and it strengthens more muscles, it is not so monotone for your joints, muscles, psyche..
