  4. He tells you that you should just train to finish (if you’re a beginner), but then he tells you you need endurance and speed. If your only goal is to finish, you don’t need any speed at all. I think training just to finish is setting a low goal for yourself.

    He pronounces “fartlek” wrong at 1:23 … he says “farklek” … really starting to doubt this guy knows what he’s talking about.
