Good vid except I think some people run with their toes pointed out because that’s the way their feet and legs are formed, not because of bad technique. It may not be good for them to point them forward because it would be putting their appendages in an ‘unnatural’ position for them. Some people just weren’t ‘meant’ to be runners. Not to say they shouldn’t, it’s just that they don’t have the ideal body design for the sport. But I encourage everyone to run if they can.

the best training method is to forget about training and running, forget about your diet and diet rules and then put your faith in Christ Jesus our Lord.

  6. ekimbell says:

you live in whales? lol what?

hey lets praise Jesus Christ every day for he is truly awesome! amen. lets pray.

  7. rorschachh says:

i find that sometimes my form suffers when i release a powerful gas (flatulence). it pushes my hips forward and me into the air several metres – i live in wales. any advice on how to compensate for this or possibly incorporate this into my running technique?

  8. that’s probably a lie bigballer… but whatever

  9. bigballer215 says:

Actually, now that I watch it again it HQ, his shoes don’t look so worn out. Nonetheless, my comment was not really negative at all. It was a basic observation without putting criticism on his running or coaching ability. Actually, your comment was probably one of the most negative ones on this wall. :-)

  10. SuperXrunner says:

I’m proud of you and you should be proud of yourself as well. But your negativity was irrelevant to the video and his shoes does not look abused. If you looked closer. Anyways, the negativity is the only reason I responded. Have a nice day :-)

  11. bigballer215 says:

Actually, I run quite a bit and I change my shoes every 500 miles.
