  6. you never actually mention how you should be breathing in each race. all you do is state how you should be breathing faster in the 100 rather than the 800. if you didnt already know that, thats pretty sad.

    i breath through my mouth only while running. and im the fastest runner in my grade. (8th grade).
    i can SPRINT 2 miles. in first place the whole time.
