Thank you very much!!! I will be praying for you!
stubborn, i mean = P
oh, i also wanted to say i’m totally with you on the acne thing. it’s actually a big reason why i started raw too. i’ve been battling it since i was 13 and I’m 26 now. I’ve even been on accutane twice. my acne has gotten clearer, but i’m still having some issues. i’m going to stick it out though because i know it will take a while since mine has been so stubben = /
SO anyway, since I started doing raw, my knees aren’t bothering me so much. SO, I have just started back this week and my goal is to run at least 4 times a week. I’m so glad to see you’re doing this too! = )
hey there! i just started watching your videos. i actually just finished watching all of them. i really empathize with you and am praying for you, and you are really an inspiration for me. i also wanted to say i am joing you in your running. I have been running for years now, but i’ve been on about a 6 month break from it because my knees started really giving me a lot of trouble…
You’re doing rawesome! That’s great you are incorporating exercise with your program.
nice, nice,,, your skin will totally clear up!!! that happened to my cousin.. his body detoxed then after a couple weeks his skin was perfect and glowing… keep raw. in one year you’ll be looking HOT
with all that energy from eating raw, you’ll meet your goal in no time : D
how sweet for you husband to notice and give you compliments.
i think the more recipes you make and experience with, on top of the your awesome results (physicial, mental, and spiritual)the less you’ll have thoughts about cooked foods “cheeseburgers” : D
