  2. Elite runner? Who said she was. She is simply a member that has lost 70 pounds!!!!!!!!!!!! Who cares if her form is perfect? She has done a great job! Plus, as someone else put on your blog, where are your videos so that we can learn to run with PERFECT FORM! Great work girl. KEEP RUNNING!!!

    just got up .1 a day and u get to 10mph easily work on endurance before speed thou… but if your not in shape you should probably go at a apt pace for a long distance instead of going 10mph for .11 of a mile -_-

    i ran for 10 mph for 21:30 befor but it was up and down hill so it was a wierd average but it was ok because i was 13 wen i done it

  8. Keep working at it. She was 70 pounds over weight. She didn’t start off running that fast. Train hard, Put God First, and never give up.
