im not a linebacker or bodybuilder or any of that kind of stuff. I am a snowboarder and im 205 which is very skinny for 5-6″. I am about the same size as a normal 140 lb person.
You don’t have to be a linebacker to be healthy either.
That guy looks aneroxic. He doesn’t look healthy at all. I am 5-6″ and 205 which is close to a healthy weight. I wish I was about 215-220 and 5% fat instead of 8%.

Try telling this to the lazy buggers of Millom who have little interest in running.Jade Gibson in particular needs to see this video to lure her away from horse riding,whilst Miss Cumbria 2007 nominee, Faye Hoggarth,also of Millom would do well with a few training runs thanks to this very informative video.
I’ve been running since 30/01/02-my first training run, but rarely wear much more than shorts and club vest in all races. Next local road race is the Dalton-in-Furness 10k on May 11.
i’m just starting to do a lot of running, this will be brilliant for me. i have just started and am targetting a 9 mile journey, i have started over the last few months going once every sunday but now i am starting to do it every other day.
