Easy, you run when you have time. How do you think college students do it that are in Cross Country? I ran for College. You have to know your schedule, if you have class at 8:00am. Get up an hour earlier and go run.
Man I experience the same too! Especially in this term and I’m doing the thesis dissertation.
@joszefVARADI true that, it’s the same thing with basketball, when you train with someone, it’s easier to push your self and get motivated
Run with a buddy. You’ll be surprised to see how much harder you work when someone’s watching.
my biggest problem with running is maintenance or consistency with running. What works well for a college student to keep running?
I don’t have friends who run. lol I’m all on my own when it comes to motivation. I get jealous when I see people who have running partners, but at the same time depending on other people’s schedule could be a turn off.
Oh my God thats the Humanities Professor from SFSU, no wonder he explains himself so well!
keep your head down. bend over, but keep your back straight while bending. use big strides and powerful arm movements. be sure to breathe. and when you get to the top, dont slow down! use the momentum youve built to propel yourself.
you’re a loser.. bragging about your hugggeee ” client base”.. you’re worthless
You need to eat more [lays or anithing kebab.. you like Hell +| _ |+
I’ve been trying to jog up a hill which angles at about 45 degrees …Can you give me some tips to make it to the top of the hill without stopping
got any friends?
running with friends is really fun
The real motivation should be independent from other people you are running with. Here is the deal: Long term benefits of running are enormous, want to live a longer healthier and happier life? Sure yes, then just do it, get up, prepare and start your running program today!
good ideas but what if you don’t have a team?
good advice…running with a partner is a very good motivator…but if you have to run alone, what i like to do is put on a good CD and try to run all the way through the CD. It keeps you focused and passes time while your running.
