Will my jogging routine increase my running endurance?

Question from Tom H



I’m jogging for three miles at about 4.1 miles per hour every other day. I need to run two miles at 8.7 miles per hour for a fitness test. I have about a month to prepare. Will this routine help me to do it?

  1. yes, you will increae your stamina and it will allow you to run longer distances.
