will i lose a lot of fitness for not running for exactly 2 weeks?

no not really…
if you eat alot than it might but its not gonna be too bad as long as you rember to pick it up just as intensly as you were before mabye even do something extra
You will lose some fitness, but you will not be starting over again.
At your age you will regain your level of fitness very fast.
You will lose no fitness during the first week.
By the end of the second week you are looking at about a 2-5% decrease in fitness you have gained during that time.
If you want to avoid this loss in fitness just do 2 maintenance runs once per week. (3-6 miles depending on your ability at tempo pace.)
it really depends on if you’re a slow or fast starter. at varsity level, 2 weeks isn’t gonna do much if you don’t gorge yourself on food every day. and you never really lose speed, you’ll just lose some endurance
