i’m a middle distance runner, and i’m 13, so what stage would i be at in terms of fitness and what can i do to maintain and improve this level?
yeah the coach has said i’m good enough to go to the final for the 3200m and the 1500m but i’m a different age group to the other people in my school level where they dont run 3200m and i haven’t been to as many meets as i would have liked
what would be an ideal time for 800m for my age?

You seem to be a much stronger distance runner than a sprinter (your 800 is the weakest time), although your 30s 220 shows you have speed.
You’re in good condition. Note that your fitness level isn’t dependent so much on times as much as your times in comparison to your earlier times. It varies throughout your competitive seasons and most coaches try to get their athletes to peak for a big meet like State.
