		<description>It just depends on you really.  I would say the run, but only because it takes the longest to complete.  The PU and SU are over and done in 2 minutes.  The run can last as long as you make it last.  Why dont you just do it on your own time and see for yourself?
Max pushups in 2 minutes
Max situps in 2 minutes
Run 2 miles as fast as you can.</description>

		<description>it really depends on you.  I used to have trouble with pushups, but I would max the run and the situps.  Now, 10 years later, I can max the pushups and situps, but I can&#039;t run.</description>

Its hard to max it.

But minimum passing standards are pretty low.

Push ups - 42 in two mins
Sit ups - 53
