		<description>beats the hell out of me...i&#039;ve never heard of 600 yards being on a physical fitness test...for most people that would be just like running the mile since they wouldn&#039;t be able to sprint that long, which would be kind of redundant

tell them they are idiots and if they want to test sprinting, do a 40 yard dash or shuttle run.  the 600 yard run is pointless and redundant.</description>
