Question from belenuruguay
i need to know what is the 600 yards about in my school’s physical fitness test. In this test we have to run a mile, we also have to run 600 yards, we have to do sit-ups, push-ups, pull-ups, and the V-reach. For tomorrow I need to hand in a report of four pages saying what the 600 yards are worth in this test, like for example: does it consist of endurance?, speed?, strength?, or stretching?. I need to know this answer in less than 4 hours. And I dont have an idea of what the 600 yds are bout’ any help??

600 houndred yard dash is all it is
beats the hell out of me…i’ve never heard of 600 yards being on a physical fitness test…for most people that would be just like running the mile since they wouldn’t be able to sprint that long, which would be kind of redundant
tell them they are idiots and if they want to test sprinting, do a 40 yard dash or shuttle run. the 600 yard run is pointless and redundant.
