		<description>You may feel like you can&#039;t eat much after exercisinghard, but try and eat carbs like pasta, bread etc. Try and mix it with protien so that it stays in your body longer and does not just get used up in a quick sugar/starch rush, then you have a low. Try and stear away from high fiber foods at lunch. Eat those after training. And maybe keep like a energy or protien bar (or really just something that tastes good to get ur blood sugar going) to eat during the last hour like around 1:30 or so. Not an expert at all, but thats just my two cents :-)</description>
