		<description>I&#039;m sure you are fine and just need to get used to doing strenuous work that you don&#039;t do everyday.  Still a lot of stuff can have an effect on you.  This used to happen to me then I found out I had asthma and didn&#039;t have enough oxygen going through my system.  Also make sure you are hydrated (avoid caffeine), dehydration can make you feel dizzy.  Eating a well balanced diet is a good idea as well.  If you continue having problems you should get checked by a doctor and I would let your fitness instructor know you felt dizzy so they are aware.  Keep it up and it will get a little easier every time.</description>

		<description>You should try hyperhydrating before a run.  Up to 1/2 a liter is okay.  Only before exercise though, and if there is too much water and not electrolytes, sodium and potassium, you can have water poisoning, hypernatramia.</description>
