Wanting to get my fitness back up but not loose weight?

Question from PokerFace.



Well I had spinal surgery 9months ago and wasn’t allowed to run for 9months so my fitness pretty much went way down.

I now jog 3-4 times a week about 1-2km.

I don’t want to loose weight though just want to get my fitness back up but I’ve been jogging for 3weeks now and lost 2kg! I rarely eat as well, but can anyone give me ideas to how to avoid loosing weight and just gain fitness.
