This will really help.
Concentrateing on your breathing will make the run seem a lot shorter.
Also, try out different lengths for your stride and find which is most comfortable. 
Lastly, you can always keep running.
Even when you think you can&#039;t take another step...just push through it.</description>

		<description>i&#039;d start off very slow and keep that pace the whole time unless at one point you feel you can pick it up and still finish, i mean dont over do it, im guessing your not a runner and this is just a fitness test, they&#039;re not looking for the next track star just that you can do a mile in a decent time and you give your best</description>
