  1. Dan says:

    swimming, underwater

  2. forrest says:

drink a cup …..no more of antifreeze and it will open up your lungs

  3. Lucia G says:

The longer you hold your breath the higher your capacity will become. It’s how swimmers learn to stay underwater for long periods of time.

  4. Isabella says:

    deep breathing, like in yoga.

  5. Charlie says:

Age and swimming underwater and taking deeper breaths and longer exhales.

  6. Eragon says:

bascially anything that will get you winded.

  7. Devan says:

either swimming, doing things underwater, or do what i did.. take lessons how to use your diaphram to its fullest.. i can hold my breath for 2 minutes easily and a minute while running.. so it helps a lot with breathing. plus it barely hurts at all when you exhale because your not straining your lungs hardly at all.

  8. eric S says:

exercise your diaphram, take in as deep a breath as you can, hold it for 10 seconds, breathe all the way out, redo, do as often as you want.

  9. Ryo says:

Increasing your lung capacity depends on the amount of training you do and at what intensity you do it. Exercising at super high intensities will increase your lung capacity, and so will long, medium intensity exercises. If you have the option of going to high altitude, that will help a lot. Live high, train low would be the ideal situation, but anything will help. I would highly recommend jump roping, which is a great total body workout, and which also has some applications to football. To increase your lung capacity you would need to build up to atleast 20-30 mins or more of jump roping for it to have an effect on your lungs. Good luck :)
