i think because the people that have time to answer the questions are just novice runners for the most part. When i was running at least 50 miles a week all i had time to do was work, run, clean up eat then sleep
If you go to Sports—> Other – Sports, there are several questions there. So far, yours is the only request (that I’ve seen) that wants a seperate category for running.
I just went for a walk/run. After I run a lap, I get crazy cramps in my side under the rib cage. Is ther anyway to prevent this? I’ve tried stretching….I know this isn’t an answer to your question but I figured you would probably know…thanks. Also, if you are a runner, why is your name turtlegirl? lol
