Go to the doctor and tell them what you just told us here. In the mean time do not engage in any physical exertion. You could make the concussion worse. A concussion is when your brain gets bruised and some of the cranial fluid that protects the brain from such injuries, leaks out. If you persist in activies that cause more injury to your brain, you could have bleeding in the brain, or a stroke. This could leave you with permanent damage such as vision loss, double vision, headaches, nausea, difficulty walking or talking. I don’t mean to scare you, but it could be a very serious thing if you don’t take care of yourself!
Id have my mom or dad take me too the hospital for ct scan , for a concussions nothing too play around with your could have something very serioues like cracked skull, or a small bleed in the brain. just get checked out, take care.
You need to go to the ER. Although it is not unusual for your pain to increase immediately after exertion, it should have subsided by now. Exertion raises your heart rate and blood pressure which in turn raises your intracranial pressure (ICP). Increased ICP can result in an intracranial hemmorage or brain herniation. Any increase in symptoms, is an emergent situation and should be treated immediately. This is not something to mess around with, and could be potentially life threatening.
