		<description>no i don&#039;t no u told u that but their wrong running is good for ur heart builds core mussels(i.e. abs and other mussles) builds strogn legs and realeses endrophans and they make u feel good and give u energy like drinking a cup of coffee only better!!!!! i no wat  im talking about too becuz my dad is a personal trainer and i run cross country and track so u can say running is a big part of me hey and im pretty good at it too lettered freshman year srry i was talking about myself anyway happy running:)</description>
