Question for physical trainers or anyone who knows about fitness: Can u help me?

Can you tell me how to improve on my push ups, sit ups, vertical jump, and running? I have a test to take and Im looking for any exercises or tips that can help me. What gives the best results? Any idea is helpful, but weight training is not the best option for me cuz I have bad shoulders. Calisthetics (exercises done with your own body weight) are what Im really looking for. Thanks!
