To up your cardio amazingly whether your in good or horrible shape, is to punch a punching, biking, and swimming. Which all work to perfection with me, you lose calories safely and quickly, punching is the most fun for me cuz its entertaining and not repetitive and you can punch, squat, dodge, head movements, its just an amazing exercise, which doesen&#039;t seem like exercise cuz its so fun. Biking and Swimming also up cardio alot and you can stay occupied with music. But once you get your cardio up than start walking/jogging or running, i promise you&#039;ll improve your cardio, maybe better than it was when you were more active.</description>
