    Since it is only one day before the fitness test, there isn’t really much that you can do in the way of training. The best thing would be to eat a decent meal tonight with lots of energy (carbohydrates, NOT sugar) like pasta. Get a good nights sleep!
    When it comes to the run, just push yourself as hard as you can (but make sure not to burn out or you might not finish). You might want to consider bringing a watch with you so that you can time yourself as you go, and have a good idea of how much time is left.
    Good luck!

    Let r = rate

    7 1/4r = 1
    29/4r = 1
    r = 4/29

    Answer: You must have more 4/29 mi per minute speed.

    Assuming you have been training and thinking about this for the past four months, you’re in better condition now, than you were then.

    It’s not the sleep you have the night before a race, it’s how much sleep you had the night before that.

    Run your heart out.

    maybe from a week ago, you must have running without going anywhere(run in place) just for 5-15. it can make your heart and feet stronger, so you can reach that time.
    just do this once a day.

    I guess you have prepared for this event. Have enough rest the night before and have a good meal but don’t over eat. Believe in yourself, I know you can do it. Good luck kid.

    Pace yourself. Look at the mile as 4 quarter miles. Each quarter mile you will have to run 11 seconds faster. I’d pick the pace up the 1st half mile, pick it up more the 3rd quarter mile, remain constant for the 1st half of the 4th lap and sprint all out the last 220 yards.

    nothing you do a day before a run will help. i just suggest you sleep well tonight, have a good breakfast, and just do your best.
