		<description>I was on the website yesterday looking for myself and I found this video (on the top left of the link posted below) that shows you the whole test and what is needed to pass it. Just start lifting weights in a similar fashion = and you should get it down in a week or two. Training for the running would be harder as it takes longer to get your heart strong than it does your arms and legs; since you have that part down I&#039;m sure you will not have any problems with it.
