Is The British Army Fitness Test Hard?

I am currently signing up to the british army i have complete my barb test and basic skills.. but the fitness test is really worrying me and im really just wondering if it is hard or easy..
i quite slim and not very strong, i have a 6 pack etc but thats just cos im so skinny lol, i reckon i can do the running bits fine its just the strength tests that are worrying me. can anyone give me an idea of what is involved with it etc?

No. Nobody wants to join the army any more because of the death, so generally they except everyone. thus the fitness test is easy.

I was on the website yesterday looking for myself and I found this video (on the top left of the link posted below) that shows you the whole test and what is needed to pass it. Just start lifting weights in a similar fashion = and you should get it down in a week or two. Training for the running would be harder as it takes longer to get your heart strong than it does your arms and legs; since you have that part down I’m sure you will not have any problems with it.
