How much sleep should a 7th grader get?

Question from WOLFER90



O.K, I need to know how much sleep a 13 year-old boy should get when what he will do all day is school, and fitness clubs (running club and tennis) on tuesdays and thursdays. Please don’t answer unless your an expert.

    It doesn’t really matter how much sleep you get each night, as long as it’s the same amount every night. It’s best to get between seven and nine hours.

    u should try 2 sleep a lil bit early cuz then in da mornin u get madd tired

    Since im 13 and work out mondays, wednesdays, fridays, and saturdays, i would say about 6 to 7 hours of sleep. if u can get at least 7 hours of sleep.

    8-10 hours because you are starting to grow faster and you need sleep in order to grow. your brain also needs sleep to function properly and to do better with your grades
