How good is the Fitness Quest Total Gym 1100?

Hey i want to get a nice body. i have been running and all but i dont really wanna get my arms and legs big just get them toned and mostly work on my abs and chest. Would the Fitness Quest Total Gym 1100 be good for working my abs in a good fast way?! like i said im not really looking for weight lifting just somethin i can tone my muscles up and get a nice chest and abs?

I would invest in a bowflex instead
they’re more expensive but in the end it will pay off.
I got mine for 35$ a month from Sears, im sure you could get the same or better if you tried.

Barbells and the book the ABS diet.
There is no such thing as spot fat loss. You have to lose them overall and since the abs is the most difficult place to lose fat for men, you will need to lose majority of your fat first.
