		<description>1)  Exercise apporpriately for your body type, size and current health.  (  if you haven&#039;t exercised in more than 4 years then don&#039;t immeadiately try to run a marathon)

2)  Eat healthier.  (watch portions, carbs and calories)

3)  Become more active a little at a time.  (walk the stairs instead of the elevator)

That&#039;s what I started doing last month and I can see progress.</description>
