How am I doing in my fitness?

Question from Jimmy the kid32



I’m 5’7/8 and around 130 pounds.
I can bench 200 pounds.
I have 5 miles to run tomorrow for my meet.
Usually I can do a mile in about 6 minutes i figure if each mile adds 20 seconds to my time i can get to the 5 mile point in around 30 minutes?
Ex 6 min 6min 20 6min 40 7 min
Should I ease my self?

  1. That sounds really good!
    I’d make sure to leave atleast one/three days where you didn’t do anything though, to make sure you don’t over do it.. You haven’t said how long you’ve done this for.
