Those in college tend to have poor eating habbits, lack of consistancy in schedules, cosuming too many alcoholic beverages, and inadequate amount of sleep.  Trust me, all those things affect your weight gain.  If you can find a healthy balance in fun and consistancy, you will be better able to maintain your weight.

Don&#039;t cut out the fun, but also don&#039;t drink the whole box of wine...
