doing tae bo or any fitness dvd in college?

hello! i just lot a ton of weight through a combination of tae bo dvds, running, and pilates dvds, and i was wondering if there was any way of doing exercise tapes in college if you live in the dorms?

and if not, what would be a really good way to prevent gaining weight and maintaining what i have already accomplished?

    Utilize the campus gym(s).

    If your campus has a gym try that for exercise. Those in college tend to have poor eating habbits, lack of consistancy in schedules, cosuming too many alcoholic beverages, and inadequate amount of sleep. Trust me, all those things affect your weight gain. If you can find a healthy balance in fun and consistancy, you will be better able to maintain your weight.

    Don’t cut out the fun, but also don’t drink the whole box of wine…
