		<description>Everyone gets a cold or other illness a few times a year. It doesn&#039;t sound like there is anything strange happening to you. It can definately be frustrating to have to take some time off when you are sick, but just jump back into it. That is all you can do. If you are truly worried about your health, ask for your doctor&#039;s opinion. Also, you can do some little things to stay healthy - get enough sleep, wash your hands often and take a multivitamin. Good luck!</description>
