		<description>Dont forget carbs build muscle, all pro spart players eat lots of carbs as this is what they turn into muscle.  Always pause inbetween reps to let your muscles rest for a sec, and then continue.  It will actually be harder after.  Your muscles basically say wow we are done lets relax, oh no here we go again.  Hope some one else gives you more info</description>
