It is awesome!,
I love it! It is accurate and fits perfect on my small wrist. And they actually had everything programmed for me when it arrived! The only thing I had to do was insert my age, gender, and max/min heartrate.

|Difficult to program,
I bought this one after looking at several. I thought it would be pretty easy to use. It’s difficult to program the watch in order to calculate your target heart rate, the calorie counter only works if you frequently check your heart through out the workout. Also the capital “S” stands for small, so it barely fits around my wrist. If the wrist were written out in inches or cm it would have been easier to know what size I needed. Also sometimes the monitor will not take my heart rate until I slow down or stop my workout. Lastly it doesn’t automatically take you heart rate. You have to apply sweat, spit or water to your thumb and index or middle finger, then hold your fingers on the electrodes on the top of the watch for about 5 secs. Too much hassle.

|Bowflex fit watch,
For the price, this strapless heart rate monitor watch with calorie counter is pretty good, although it has a few problems. Occasionally, it will not read your heart rate, which can be very frustrating in the middle of a high exertion exercise – can’t get a heart rate, therefore can’t calculate calories correctly. I have found that since I used the tip in the trouble-shooting guide to clean the sensors & watch back with soap & water, it has worked without problems. I now do this every time before I use it. Also, make sure your fingertips are free of lotion as I think this interferes. You should also check your HR frequently, especially if doing interval training, to get a fairly accurate calorie count. Since you cannot enter your body weight into the watch, the calorie count can be inaccurate – I think it is probably set up for an average weight of around 150lbs, so it calculates high for me. I have also found as in a previous review, that it loses time – as much as 2-3min/wk. This really hasn’t bothered me since I only use it during exercise.
